Utility Solutions Partners, LLC is pleased to announce an expansion of its relationship with Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) and has been selected to serve as Program QA Manager for the implementation of a new Oracle C2M Customer Information System.
As Program QA Manager, USP will provide Customer Information System (CIS) Replacement Project Quality Assurance services, leadership, direction, and best practice advice to the program.
We are excited to expand our relationship with PGW and play this important role in the PGW program. The object of the program is to:
- Eliminate the need for some of the edge systems, replacing them with base functionality.
- Eliminate the risk of being on an unsupported platform.
- Replace customizing with more configuration options.
- Modernize the CIS technology stack.
- Allow PGW to stay technically current and take advantage of the CIS vendor’s future development.
