USP Rallies for Raleigh

Skyline of North Carolina State Capitol and Raleigh downtown.

When the City of Raleigh needed an expert partner to support and manage its CC&B services, USP knew we were the answer. Our solution for Raleigh was tailored to their needs. Its six merger communities and a billing application that interfaces and integrates with approximately 20 other software solutions allowed us to continue their effort to provide timely and accurate monthly bills for approximately 200,000 premises.

“The City of Raleigh has had a very good partnership with USP. They have been responsive and attentive to all requests and provide expertise about the Oracle product well beyond our expectation.”

As Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), USP provided the City of Raleigh with functional and technical enhancements that applied patches to remain on the most current version of the application stack. USP also assisted the City of Raleigh with other interfaces/applications such as Energov, iNovah, Paymentus, GIS, Customer Web Self Service, General Ledger (PeopleSoft), Bill & Letter Print, Meter Reading, etc.

Recently USP and the City of Raleigh celebrated their successful launch of CC&B 2.8 in November 2022, and we plan to continue our prolific partnership in the foreseeable future.

“The team (USP) has been cohesive with exceptional professionalism. Simply, the USP team has been the best technology implementor our billing team has ever worked with.”
