City of Long Beach CC&B Upgrade is a success!

Utility Solutions Partners (USP) is pleased to announce the successful upgrade for the City of Long Beach (CLB) Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application from version 2.5.0.1 to version 2.7.0.3. During the 11-month project, all work was performed remotely, and the project go-live occurred on September 12, 2021. USP has been providing CLB with managed services for four years, and these services were recently extended for a fifth year. CLB’s decision to select USP to perform the upgrade was a natural extension of our relationship, as well as their confidence in our delivery capabilities.

USP provided highly experienced and specialized resources to provide Project Management, Planning & Assessment, Technical Migration, Code Remediation, Testing, and Training.
