Announcing our New Directors of service delivery
Utility Solutions Partners (USP), a leading system integrator specializing in navigating the complex world of utility software, announced key leadership appointments today to support its strategic growth. As part of its commitment to building its delivery capabilities, USP partnered with Aptumo, a next-generation cloud-based CIS solution powered by Salesforce for water utilities. To lead this expansion, USP has promoted Fran Couzens to Director of Service Delivery for Aptumo and appointed Corey Boggess as Director of Service Delivery for Oracle. These key leadership appointments position USP to deliver exceptional service and expertise to its clients across the entire Customer Information Systems (CIS) landscape.
Fran Couzens, a Project Manager and Senior Solution Architect, is an integral part of the USP team, bringing a deep understanding of the utility business and solutions. She transitions into the role of Director of Service Delivery for Aptumo, USP’s newest CIS partner specializing in next-generation cloud-based solutions for water utilities. With over 39 years of experience in the utility industry, Fran possesses a profound knowledge of CIS implementations, meter-to-cash processes, and water utilities’ unique challenges. Her proven track record includes working with industry leaders and developing the Oracle Utilities product suite. Fran will lead and build out USP’s Aptumo delivery capabilities, leveraging her combined technical expertise and real-world experience to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Corey Boggess joins USP as the Director of Service Delivery for Oracle, bringing 25 remarkable years of experience. Corey is an Oracle CIS guru, well-versed in everything from billing and meter data to service orders. He thrives on building strong relationships with teams and empowers colleagues through his project management and coaching skills. Additionally, Corey’s proven ability to guide clients through complex data migration projects and his expertise in cloud and on-premises solutions positions him as a strategic advisor to utilities navigating the evolving CIS landscape.
