Utility Solutions Partners (USP) is pleased to announce our support for the successful Santee Cooper implementation of the Oracle Utilities Meter Solution Cloud Service (MSCS). USP provided highly skilled professionals to assist with the integration and testing of Santee Cooper’s on-premises Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) in order for Santee Cooper to implement Oracle Utilities MSCS.
In addition to USP’s successful upgrade of Santee Cooper’s CC&B application in 2019, our partnership has continued to expand including trusted and experienced managed services support for CC&B and now MSCS.
