SMECO selects USP to provide professional services to Upgrade Oracle’s Customer Care and Billing application from version, to the latest stable release.

Headquartered in Hughesville, the Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative (SMECO) provides retail electricity within Maryland to over 160,000 customers, in a service territory of 1,150 sq. miles, covering 4 counties.
